Safety at

Ultimate Wargames

Your safety is very important to us.  On arrival at site, before the start of play, you will be required to sign an Insurance Waiver form and a copy of the terms and conditions set out by ‘Ultimate Wargames’.

When the complete group is present a member of staff will give you a detailed safety talk on the “do's and don’ts” of airsoft.  Shown below are the main safety rules which must be complied with at all times.  This will ensure that your day with us will be safe and enjoyable.

(1) Goggles:  Goggles or full face masks must be worn at all times whilst in the play area.  Any person under the age of 16 is required to wear a full face mask, without exception.  Anyone found not wearing the correct face protection will be asked to leave the site.  It is your eyesight that you will be placing at risk.

(2) Magazines:  All magazines are to be removed and weapons discharged before entering the safe area.  All weapons are to be placed on safety whilst you are in the safe area.

(3) CQB (Close Quarter Battle):  A minimum distance of 30 feet is allowed before shooting at another player.  If you are closer than 30 feet the opponent should be warned and given the opportunity to surrender. Deliberate head shots, if spotted by a Marshall, and particularly if at close range, will result in that player being spoken to and penalised. If a player signifies that they have been hit and raises their arm, no further deliberate shots should be taken upon that person.  This does not include BB's that may be in flight.

(4) Medical Emergencies:  On arrival at site anyone who has a medical condition of any sort should inform a member of staff.  You will be advised on the procedure to be carried out on the day.  This could include such things as heart problems, asthma or allergies.
